Is my R3 login and ID required to book the Annual Conference?

 

Yes - all event bookings require an R3 login and ID.
 

How do I find out my R3 ID?

 

Login to My Profile and your R3 ID is displayed on the top left corner of the page. 

How do I reset my password?

 

Reset your password here if you know the email you used for your registration.

How do I book an Individual ticket?

  1. First click here
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. The system pre-fills your info
  4. Select ticket
  5. Review booking and pay online via credit/debit card
  6. Booking is confirmed only when payment is complete
  7. You receive confirmation email with a receipted invoice

How do I book a Group ticket?

  1. You must be an R3 Member, Associate or Fellow to log in and book a Group!
  2. First click here
  3. Log in with your credentials
  4. The system pre-fills your info
  5. Select a Group ticket
  6. You’ll get a chance to add your group members later after booking
  7. Review booking and pay online via credit/debit card
  8. Booking is confirmed only when payment is complete
  9. You receive confirmation email with a receipted invoice and and email from our team on how to easily add your group members

How can I become an R3 Member or New Professional Member?

What does an Individual ticket include?

 

An Individual ticket allows you access to:
 
  • All recorded live sessions
  • On-Demand webinars
  • Networking and entertainment on 18 May
  • Meeting Hub to network with other attendees
  • Access to exhibitors and sponsors in our Virtual Exhibition
 
***Further social events on 19 May can be purchased following your registration ***

 

What does a Group ticket for 5 include?

 

A Group ticket allows up to 5 colleagues the same access as the Individual ticket.
 
The Group ticket must be booked by an R3 Member, Associate or Fellow, however the other members in the Group may be members as well as non-members.
All attendees in the Group must work at the same organisation.

 

What does a Group ticket for 10 include?

 

A Group ticket allows up to 10 colleagues the same access as the Individual ticket.

The Group ticket must be booked by an R3 Member, Associate or Fellow, however the other members in the Group may be members as well as non-members
 
​ All attendees in the Group must work at the same organisation.

 

Can a Non-Member purchase a Group ticket?

 

No - the Group ticket must be booked by an R3 Member, Associate or Fellow.
 
An R3 New Professional member is not able to book a Group ticket.

What happens once I book a Group ticket? Do I register my colleagues, or do they do it themselves?

 

  1. First, everyone attending will need to have an R3 ID – you’ll need this for the next bit
  2. When you booked the Group ticket, you’ll have been emailed a small table to complete with each attendee’s R3 ID, email and delivery address for the delegate pack – that’s all!
  3. Send the completed table back to us by COB 15 April so that attendees can be set up on the events platform and receive the delegate pack in time.

If I purchase an Individual ticket can I upgrade to a Group ticket?

 

Yes – please contact the Events Team on events@r3.org.uk for us to update your booking.


Can we invite our clients or friends to take the spare spaces if no one from our firm can attend?

No - all attendees in the Group must work at the same organisation.

Do I need to register to attend the sessions separately?

No - all sessions are included in the registration, including the networking and entertainment on 18 May

 

Only the networking and social events taking place on 19 May will need to be purchased separately.
