Is my R3 login and ID required to book the Annual Conference?

 

Yes - all event bookings require an R3 login and ID.
 

How do I find out my R3 ID?

 

Login to My Profile and your R3 ID is displayed on the top left corner of the page. 

How do I reset my password?

 

Reset your password here if you know the email you used for your registration.

How do I get an R3 login and ID?

 

If you do not have an R3 login or ID please register here.

How do I book a ticket to the R3 Annual Conference?

  1. First click here
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. The system pre-fills your info
  4. Select ticket
  5. Review booking and pay online via credit/debit card
  6. Booking is confirmed only when payment is complete
  7. You receive confirmation email with a receipted invoice
I am paying via invoice and do not have a PO number?
 
If requesting an invoice and you do not have a PO number, please write “none” in the required data field to allow you to make the booking.
How do I book if I am not an R3 Member?
1. Click here to create an R3 login/ID if you do not already have one.
2. Enter your details and create a password. 
3. A login ID will be sent to your email address
4. Use this to login to the Annual Conference booking portal
 here. The system will pre-fill your contact details based on what you entered in ‘My Profile’.
5. Review your booking and pay online via credit card.
6. Payment for bookings must be received before the booking can be confirmed. Your receipted invoice and payment confirmation will be emailed to you.

What is an academic, charity, government and ACGN ticket?
 
This ticket pricing applies if you are a registered charity, academic or in the public sector. If you have any questions regarding this ticket category please get in contact with our team, events@r3.org.uk

What does an Individual ticket include?

An Individual ticket allows you access to:
  • To all sessions
  • Thames River Cruise - limited availability
  • Welcome reception and buffet
  • Reception and celebratory dinner
  • Access to exhibitors and sponsors 
 
Is this event virtual or in person?
 
The event will take place in person - COVID measures will take place.

Do I need to register to attend the sessions separately?

No - all sessions are included in the registration, including the networking and entertainment.
