The session is chaired by Louise Durkan.

Louise is the former Chair of the NP Steering Committee who will be joined by Lee Benmore current Chair of the NP Steering Cttee and Phillipa Lai, NP committee member with contributions from a range of NP regional chairs and members. The session will consider two key questions. How do we attract more talent into our profession and how do we retain and continue to develop that talent?
