Alice van der Schee has been at Van Benthem & Keulen since 1990, working as a lawyer and partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency team, which she heads. Alice is often appointed as an administrator in moratoriums and as trustee and receiver in bankruptcies. These have included such high-profile bankruptcies as MC IJsselmeerziekenhuizen B.V., TCN Urop SE and Koops Furness N.V. Alice also advises and assists entrepreneurs and their creditors in the context of composition procedures under the Dutch Court Approval of a Private Composition (Prevention of Insolvency) Act (“WHOA”). Alice is also a Rechtsanwältin in Germany.
