Natasha is a Director in the London Restructuring team at Interpath Advisory and has over 12 years of experience advising companies in stress and distress including several years’ experience working lender-side at AIB and Santander to support customers in financial difficulty. Natasha’s experience spans the full range of restructuring solutions from business reviews, stakeholder advice, options reviews and AMA processes through to formal insolvency engagements. Natasha is a chartered accountant and is JIEB qualified.

Natasha’s notable experience includes advice to the board of Caffe Nero resulting in the CVA and subsequent successfully defended challenge; advice to the board of a chemical recycling company on available options; advising a major UK clearing bank on its options in relation to a national housebuilding services provider and advice to the board of a large home improvement retailer on its funding and restructuring options.
