Venue and Travel

Getting to the beautiful venue could not be easier with flights from across the UK into Edinburgh and trains direct from London and Edinburgh into Leuchars. Transfers will be provided for key flight times on Wednesday and Friday and are included within your conference ticket. More information on the times of the transfers will be announced soon.

How do I get to the venue?

Flying

You can fly direct from across the UK to Edinburgh airport and direct from London Heathrow into Dundee airport. Edinburgh airport is approx. a 60minutes drive and Dundee is approx. a 25mins drive. We will be providing transfers at the following times:

The transfers are available on a first come, first served basis. When you exit Edinburgh airport follow signs for the coach park and the coach will have a sign on the window with R3. Our Senior Membership Engagement Executive Freddie Webster will be at the arrivals area of the airport and will be able to help direct you. A map has been provided by the transfer company and is visible here.

Driving

If you are driving to the venue there is plenty of parking on site as well as electric charging points. The postcode for the venue is KY16 8PN.

Train

The closest train station to the venue is Leuchars, there are direct trains from Edinburgh and London and Aberdeen. Leuchars is 20minutes away from the venue.

Buses and taxis

Buses can be taken from Leuchars to St Andrews and local taxis can be booked. Please speak to the hotel directly who will be able to assist with either their own transport services or give you details of a local taxi company.
