The conference theme is ‘Embracing change – shaping the profession to be fit for the future’ and the conference programme will explore how we can embrace, harness and drive change to shape the profession. We will focus on:

• Attracting and developing talent – Nurturing the people who will drive the profession forward.
• Adopting transformative technologies – Implementing tools and innovations that elevate how we work.
• Adapting to new expectations and environments – Enhancing our agility to respond to evolving demands from stakeholders.
• Building strategic partnerships – Forming relationships that expand our capabilities and reach.
• Delivering future-focused solutions – Evolving to address today’s needs and tomorrow’s opportunities.

As well as engaging technical sessions there will also be an exciting range of social and networking activities bringing delegates together. The conference will host around 250 delegates from across the UK’s leading restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession.

On Wednesday 7 May, the conference will begin with the pre-conference social and networking programme to provide delegates with extensive networking opportunities to renew past acquaintances and establish new connections. The activities are all included within the ticket price but are only available to delegates and must be pre-booked. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early. You may choose one of the following:

• Harbour boat trip – Enjoy a scenic cruise and explore the stunning coastline from the water.
• Vineyard tour & tasting – Visit a local vineyard, learn about the winemaking process, and enjoy a tasting experience.
• Trip to Valletta – Take a short guided tour of Malta’s historic capital, followed by free time to explore at your leisure.
