No, your ticket does not include accommodation, this must be booked via the booking portal or by emailing events@r3.org.uk. Accommodation is booked on a two night, single occupancy bed and breakfast basis.

Most of the accommodation for the conference is onsite however due to the capacity some attendees may need to stay at the nearby Corinthia, St George’s Bay. Both hotels are 5* and anyone booked in at the Corinthia will be made aware at the point of booking.

The conference venue is The Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta. The overspill accommodation is the Corinthia Hotel, St George’s Bay.

Flights are available from several UK airports into Malta International Airport. The Westin Dragonara hotel is a 20minute drive from the airport and there are taxis available from the airport. Uber is also available in Malta.

If the weather is dry the drinks reception and dinners on both evenings will be outside. May in Malta can range from 15° -  24°  so we suggest attendees bring an additional layer in case the temperature drops in the evening.

Wednesday – For the Wednesday evening reception and dinner the dress code is smart casual as this is an informal dinner welcoming all attendees and will allow for plenty of networking.

Thursday – For the conference sessions the dress code is business casual, so there is no need to wear a tie for example. All sessions take place within the conference area of the hotel.

Thursday gala dinner – The dinner is smart, although not black tie.

Friday - For the conference sessions the dress code is business casual, so there is no need to wear a tie for example. All sessions take place within the conference area of the hotel.

Check in for both hotels is 3pm and check out for both is 12noon.

Standard WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

There are various facilities available for those staying at either hotel. Please check the hotel website for more information: The Westin Dragonara Resort or Corinthia Hotel, St George’s Bay.
