Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, Giudecca, 810, 30133 Venezia VE, Italy

The dress code for the conference and the informal dinner on Wednesday evening is business casual. For example, you do not need to wear suit, shirt and trousers will be fine. The hotel is fully air conditioned. The informal dinner on Wednesday evening will hopefully take place outside on a terrace. This area can be windy as it’s next to the water, so we suggest wearing something slightly warmer.

For the gala dinner, the dress code is smart for example blazer, shirt and trousers and dresses. But not black tie and ballgowns.

The drinks reception starts at 19:30, with people taking their seats for dinner at 20:30. Dinner will finish by 22:30 with drinks and entertainment taking place in the Ballroom Foyer until 01.30. Please note drinks during the gala dinner will need to be paid for either by cash or charged to the room. The hotel does not have the option to take credit card payments.

There are various water taxi options from the airport to the hotel. For more information visit the hotel’s website or email their concierge.
