Adam is a Director in Teneo’s Financial Advisory practice, based in London. Adam focuses on large, complex and often international financial restructuring mandates, and has experience advising bank syndicates, corporates and shareholders. He also spent a year on secondment to Standard Chartered Bank where he managed a portfolio of stressed and distressed credits within their workout unit.

Experience includes:

  • Advising the lender syndicate on the financial restructuring of Markbygden Ett AB, the largest onshore wind farm in Europe
  • Advising Matalan on its 2023 recapitalisation transaction
  • Advising a European oil refinery through the COVID-19 crisis
  • Advising the lender syndicate on the 2020 financial restructuring of Enermech, an Aberdeen based offshore services provider
  • Advising the lender syndicate on the financial restructuring of Island Offshore, a Norwegian supplier of OSVs
  • Advising sponsors on the financial restructuring of their European infrastructure investments
  • Advising the lender syndicate on the financial restructuring of a MENA based infrastructure asset
