Alex Fox is a partner in Penningtons R&I/ commercial dispute resolution team. He advises clients on a wide variety of substantial commercial disputes including those which give rise to public law issues. He regularly acts on cases including complex IT/procurement matters, financial services disputes, all aspects of insolvency, professional negligence and substantial national, international and cross-border issues.

As well as being a media commentator on news channels such as BBC News and the Today Programme, Alex has co-authored a book on corporate restructuring, published by the Law Society of England and Wales. He is the Insolvency Commission President Emeritus (AIJA), has spoken and contributed to the ABA International Section (ABA-SIL), and lectures on both the domestic and international circuit.
