Andrew leads S&W’s Special Situation Team.

Andrew personally co-ran a Special Situations VC fund, prior to joining S&W, for 9 years which both acquired and sold subsidiaries of large groups across Europe.

He has also served as Chief Restructuring Officer for several major businesses and was President of the Turnaround Management Association, a global organisation focused on corporate restructuring and renewal.

Having acted as Advisor/Owner with household names such as House of Fraser, Andrew uniquely understands and incorporates the perspectives and goals of all stakeholders. Working in the space between restructuring and corporate finance allows Andrew to bring a distinctive perspective and bespoke solutions to situations of this nature.

In 2024 he won Turnaround of the Year and was a Finalist for Turnaround Team and International Turnaround of the Year.

In 2025, he was also recognised as Turnaround Practitioner of the Year, underscoring his experience and recent success in delivering solvent outcomes in complex, high pressure environments.
