Emma is a partner in the Restructuring team at Addleshaw Goddard who advises on a wide variety of corporate restructuring and finance matters, working for a number of clients, such as the major clearing banks, asset-based lenders, insolvency practitioners and corporates. Over recent years Emma has been involved in transformational projects including the orderly wind down of the Terra Firma-owned Wyevale Garden Centres and sale of the retail portfolio of Aurelius-owned Lloyds Pharmacy.
Other recent experience is:
- advising a retail client on the expedited transition of supply of services following the administration of the supplier
- advising a private client (as executor of a deceased estate) on assuming control of a company and a CVA as exit from administration
- advising AIB Group UK p.l.c in relation to the sale of its UK SME loan book, which included a sale of the associated CBILS loans
- advising the administrators of Styles & Wood Limited in relation to the realisation of assets in the UK and in Dubai.
