Matthew Flower is a Partner at FRP Advisory with more than 25 years’ experience providing advisory services to businesses and financial stakeholders across all stages of the corporate lifecycle. Matthew works across a broad range of sectors and provides specialist advice across a full spectrum of corporate finance maters including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs strategic reviews and fundraising assignments.

As well as providing mainstream corporate finance advice, Matthew has significant experience in Special Situations M&A, where the process of buying or selling a business is typically complex and fluid and often requires solutions to be delivered in an accelerated timeframe. He regularly works alongside his Restructuring and Debt Advisory colleagues to deliver an integrated solution to clients.

Matthew is an ICAEW qualified chartered accountant and co-Chair of the R3 Specials Situations Faculty.
