Paul Carter is a senior director in the Restructuring Advisory practice of Kroll, based in the Manchester office. He has over 16 years of banking and business advisory experience, specialising in corporate lending, debt and equity solutions, business restructuring and financial diligence across a diverse range of sectors and industries.

Prior to joining Kroll, Paul spent 13 years with NatWest Group and several years in financial advisory, where he has worked with clients either pursuing growth or in distressed situations. He understands the power of stakeholder engagement to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, and he is determined to help them find solutions to even their most complex challenges. Paul is passionate about working with clients to evaluate and improve many aspects of business performance, capital structures and strategic decision-making.
