Simon is a group partner in Collas Crill’s Financial Services and Regulatory team. Simon specialises in debt finance, and regularly assists liquidators on complex insolvency matters from a corporate perspective. Examples of Simon’s past insolvency work includes acting for the liquidators of The Louis Group, a complex structure of property investment companies, Platinum Partners Arbitrage Fund, a $2bn Cayman hedge fund, and Canargo Limited, an oil mining business operating in Central Asia.
